How does it get set up?

What happens when I Subscribe?

After subscribing to Answer-Mate you will receive a PDF Welcome Packet. Within 24-48 hours (usually much sooner) a customer service rep will contact you via email and gather a few pieces of info and get you started. 

What we need from you?

Once we contact you in order to activate your Answer-Mate AI Voice Agent,

we’ll need just two details:


1) Your business phone number – Customers will continue dialing

your usual number, but unanswered or busy calls will automatically

forward to Answer-Mate.


2) Your preferred SMS notification number – This is the phone

number where you’ll receive real-time text updates. Each time a

customer calls, Answer-Mate will capture their details (name,

request, and contact information) and immediately send them to you

via SMS.
