Customers continue dialing your normal business phone number. Calls are simply forwarded to Answer-Mate, where our AI answers professionally and captures customer information.

3. Will customers know they’re speaking to AI?

No. Answer-Mate uses advanced conversational AI designed to sound natural, professional, and helpful. Most callers assume they’re speaking to a live receptionist.

4. Can Answer-Mate answer specific questions about my business?

Yes. During setup, we train Answer-Mate using information from your website and any details you provide. It can answer common FAQs such as hours, location, services offered, and more.

5. Do I still receive calls on my business line?

That’s up to you. With conditional forwarding, calls ring on your phone first — if unanswered or busy, Answer-Mate picks up. With always forward, all calls go directly to Answer-Mate.

6. What information do I receive after a call?

You’ll get an SMS (and optionally email) with the caller’s name, phone number, and reason for calling. This lets you follow up immediately without missing a beat.

7. Is Answer-Mate available 24/7?

8. How much does it cost?

Answer-Mate is available for a flat monthly subscription of $249/month. No hidden fees or per-call charges. We'll never raise the price on you once you sign up.

9. Can I change the phone number that receives SMS notifications?

Absolutely. Just let us know the new number, and we’ll update your settings.

10. How long does setup take?

One of our reps will contact you within 24–48 hours after signup. Once your call forwarding is active, your AI Voice Agent is live.

11. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

Not yet, but this feature is coming soon. Right now, Answer-Mate captures lead information and sends it to you instantly so you can follow up.
